So at work CP and FM have been teaching me so that I can help out with prep and JB has let me help him out when he gets slammed and we are there alone closing. As stated in an earlier post ( if I were good at this I could link to it but I have no idea how to do that) I got to use the fryer the other day to make home chips and french fries. Well on Monday I got to use it again to make tortilla chips and sopapillas. The fryer is fun. It still scares me a bit but not so much anymore.

I have also made several club sandwiches (not that any of this is rocket science mind you but to make food that people are paying for and send it out it is supposed to look and taste good...), a Caesar salad or two, a couple house salads, and a Cobb salad...
not the best picture of it but the best one I have. The Cobb ended up being a salad that didn't need to be made but we didn't know that till later (which was when this picture got taken...)Yesterday, before I left work I made myself a quesadilla, I was pretty sure I had watched them get made enough that I could make one and I was right.

I can't believe I'm so behind in your blog! Don't tell me how close Christmas is - I really don't want to know!
As for the Halloween stuff - that is cool, but I'd never do it. Paper chains and a few decals are about all I'm good for! lol!
