Fun in the sun or sun stupidness?

Yesterday was Cayenne Peppers birthday so to celebrate we went to Schlitterbahn ( a water park in Galveston) and then used my outback gift certificate. It was a really fun day. I hadn't been to a water park in years! We did every slide there was even the drop you off the side of the world ones! OK so not literal there but it sure seemed like it was literal! One I call the oh shit slide because well those were my last words as I realised what I was doing pushing off the edge of the world to go screaming down the slide. It was fun. But I liked the f5 twister slide much better what a rush! We also did the white water river several time and I think that one should be renamed the lobster making river cuz I went in white and came out RED like a cooked lobster! OK so the fact that we didn't put on sun screen till we had been there 3 hours probably didn't help. Yeah I know we were stupid. Next time will definitely have sunscreen on the entire day! AND I won't forget to put it on my legs! I did and the front of my legs are fried from doing the tubing. I remembered a waterproof camera and as soon as I get the film used up and developed I will post them here. There are more stories but they will have to wait as it is time to go get slowly dressed for work.
