Doctors appointment

After a month of having to call and reschedule my appointment due to working on Mondays I finally got to go and see my surgeon. The tracker is updated. Only lost 1/2 pound but at least it was a loss. After quizzing me on how much I could eat and what I was eating and showing me a new aid they have for determining whether an adjustment is needed it was decided I needed one. So got .2ml added to my fill. The rest of today and until lunch tomorrow will be clear liquids then I get liquids and pureed foods and then real food again on Wednesday. Hope the soup tomorrow is yummy. Well, actually no real need to hope that I always, almost always anyways, LOVE the soups at work. They make the most awesome soups there!
I had worked on a letter to give him about all the changes my life has had since the surgery because unlike here where I have all the time in world to type and say everything I want or need to say in my appointments while I know he would sit and listen to it all I am not going to take that kind of time away from others waiting for him. SO instead he got a nearly three page letter. Unfortunately it did contain some typos and some comma problems but oh well! When I handed it to him he started reading it I told him it wasn't for him to read right now, he commented that it was long and asked me to summarize it. I said it was basically a letter about how my life has changed. As he was leaving he said he would read it soon. Next appointment in two months.
Tomorrow morning I have my next training session with my personal torturer.
The other day just to see what i could do I got on the treadmill and programmed it for me to walk a 5K. I did it in 46 minutes! The last time I clocked myself it was 55 minutes. I think I can get my time down where I want it for the half marathon.

Ohhh I so like the Def Lepard. And I can second that your kitchen makes the best soups ;) Way to go on the 1/2 pound. You did more than me, sigh. But I am really jumping on the band wagon. Give me some encouragement from time to time, will ya?
