OK so I forgot one in my title! We also have Presidents day but that is more of a shopping holiday than anything else. Both Mardi Gras and Chinese New Years are prolonged parties and have foods that are unique to them. Unfortunately I have yet to be able to find somewhere to get good Moon Cakes but living this close to New Orleans I can find good King Cakes however me eating a king cake is out of the question so....
Oh well! I did get to go out for Chinese food tonight and it was some tasty shrimp and I have enough in the way of leftovers to do lunch for the rest of the week. I took some more pictures of the group out to eat so hopefully soon I will have the roll ready to develop and can post current pictures on here.
According to my scale this morning I am now down 131lbs! but the ticker won't get updated till I go see the doctor in April just because his scale is my "official" scale.
