That's me in the middle in red! This was a night in June of '05 when we went to go see a ballet. I never realised till tonight that I was the only one not dressed in black!
I have a solo shot of me the night before surgery and will post it as soon as I get it developed I just have to use the rest of the film up in the camera. But yeah! I got a picture to post so we are cooking gas now folks! It is late and I need some sleep before work tomorrow well now it's actually today!

Hi, Pisture before surgery will be a living proof of what lab-surgery can do afterwards.
Have you thought of what wt. maintenance you hope to achieve....one year after surgery?
Begin with the end in mind can be a great challenge to your self-discipline.OR Maybe, losing a few pounds per month will certainly lift your spirit high. Keep up your spirit!
