Work has been fun lately with me learning more and more of the cooking end of things especially the fryer. Yesterday I got to make the shells for taco salads. Pretty cool to do. We have a special "basket" that the tortillas mold around to form the shell takes a minute or so in the fryer and then you have a shell. I got to make 70, 67 survived we needed 66 for a luncheon today. OK Tried several different ways to get this to load on this post so I guess I am not doing something right so we will try my fall back method...sigh! I give up! After literally 2 1/2 hours of trying to get my cool slide show off of photobucket onto here, sifting through unhelpful help and support sites here on blogger, posting my question, trying to get answers here in blogger and on photobucket I give up! Here are the boring unedited images. No titles no nothing. I may come in and change that in the morning when I am no longer "mad as a hornet" ( yes, CP I do get that way just not usually at work) and irritated as all get out.
