well NOT completely but... saw my surgeon and he added to my fill but then the next day he removed some of it. I was worried because of the reflux issues I had when I first got to New Mexico that they would be even worse if we kept my new level of fill. I was experiencing some pretty major discomfort and wasn't able to keep down my breakfast so after calling my doctor and eating a lunch of potato soup and seeing if it stayed down he decided that since I was still feeling it (hard to explain this...but it felt like if I coughed hard or sneezed I would be bringing my lunch back up and this was over an hour after eating it) I should come in and have some removed. So I did. he had originally put in an additional .5cc so he removed about half of that leaving me with just about 2.9cc in my band.
It has been nice to feel restriction again. After getting all( or most) of my fill removed during the summer it has taken a bit to get back to feeling like we are close to the sweet spot again. BUT now I think I am very close to it....without being past it.

I am also glad to be to losing weight again. Between the unfill and my father's death weight gain has been the order for the day. and though I only lost one pound it is a loss so I will celebrate it mightily.

Hoping by my next appointment to be down below all the weight I gained back.
I may be silent for a few days as we are going to be at my uncles for Christmas and I don't know if I will be able ot get to a computer to much in the way of updating here. SO just in case you haven't gotten my wishes thus far in the blog....

AND....
