Saw my surgeon on Friday and he did remove a bit of the fill and has me scheduled for a barrium swallow on Tuesday. That is an x-ray where I drink a little barrium and they see how things are moving through my pouch and band. Hopefully it will answer the question of why I have been having so many reflux problems at night.
Since the band was loosened up things are better. I am able to eat in the morning much earlier. Heck! I can eat in the morning! And last night I actually slept for the first time in weeks! Sleeping without waking during the night was such a wonder and a very beautiful thing! I am tired though so will write more about the doctors visit tomorrow.
