Mini update time

O.K. I decided to move my next appointment back two weeks mainly because of taking off today for the ballgame...yes in like 3 hours I will be there for all the festivities!!!But also because I just haven't been as strict with myself the last week or two what with the ice cream social and all and want a chance to get back on track completely before going in to see him. Yes I have lost weight in the past 3 months it is not that I just don't see him after eating soooo much ice cream sooo recently. But mainly it is the time off of work factor just can't afford it. Money is a factor unfortunitly in life isn't it?
