Last Night

Last night was a great/horrible night.
It was great because I went over to sweet pea's place and we had dinner watched the movie The Bachelor and she trimmed my hair for me. Part way through the movie rabbit Girl and her son came and when he saw me he came full speed over to me and hugged me and sat down to snuggle a bit with me. I felt soooooo loved! Big HugIt was a very fun night...
until I got home and tried to go to bed...
I was up and down all night trying to throw up whatever it was that got stuck I think it might have been popcorn from earlier in the day but not sure. Around 3 or 4am I was really in major pain and wondering what was happening. There was no comfortable position to get rid of the pain. I knew the only thing that would work was to get it out of me which wasn't wanting to happen. Then my wacko mind started to, in it's scared, tired state, think of all the other things it could be and talk about scaring myself! WOW! So I started praying, no more like pleading with heavenly father to help it to stop and let me get some sleep. Finally I knew the only way I would get better was to lay on my couch. Now you must picture my living room and couch right now to understand I why I knew this was an answer to prayer. Right now the two twin beds that were in my bed room are on their sides in front of my couch. That with all the other furniture around my living room makes the couch pretty hard to get to. SO I climbed and moved what I had to and got to the couch and was finally able to sleep but not only to sleep but to know that upon waking it wouldn't be to throw up or because I was choking but because everything was as it should be. It will be many a day before I eat popcorn again. Many a day before I do! (name that song/musical)
My next appointment with my surgeon is supposed to be Wednesday but with taking off Monday for the baseball game I just think I may call and switch it to the 18th so I am not off work that much in one week.
