Changes

O.K. made some changes in my blog...decided I wanted to be able to write in color again and since I had to go re-create the weight loss tracker I changed my template too!
So for some news...While two weeks ago I was released from Cub scouts yesterday they announced that I am the ward girls camp director. Sigh! I just can't seem to be only allowed to be involved in one thing in my ward. Oh Well! Actually I am looking forward to going to girls camp this year. I did girls camp a couple of years ago and had been thinking about how much easier and better things would be if I got to go again with the weight loss and fitness increase I have had due to the surgery. So now I get to go and see just how different things will be. Of Course things will be different because the place we are going to "camp" has air conditioning in the rooms we sleep in...yeah THAT is my idea of camping in August in Texas! Of course in August in Texas you would be crazy to go any where without a/c! So my summer is full! I have the SA conference I am helping plan the 29 and 30th of June then tubing in July, and girls camp in August. Plus fitting in Astros games, SA dances and activities, and of course somewhere in there I have to work too!
I am going to be participating in the blue bell fun run in a couple of weeks should be fun. It is up in Brenham and the bluebonnets should be in full glory that week so the walk should be absolutely gorgeous. PLUS the walk is sponsored by Blue Bell Ice cream so it ends with FREE ice Cream! You jealous Mom? Pity you won't be here 8 days earlier you could join me for the walk and some free Blue Bell.
