Ok one final post before my half marathon...
I am not a nervous as I was and feel that I will be able to finish in 4 hours. I am not as concerned as I was about getting in the nutrition and hydration for the race ... you know "carbing up" as from what I have been reading lately it is during the walk that i need to "carb up" and I am bringing things with me to do just that.
I am off to the hotel for t he night and then the walk in the morning will post the results tomorrow night.
